Income-based payments designed to be affordable
Training costs continue to rise, as do the financial needs of students. With D&V, reimbursement amounts are affordable and will continually adjust to your post-graduation income. That way, you'll always know what to expect. Here there are no surprises in the payment of Private Loans!
No Cosigner Required
Unlike most private lenders, D&V does not require loan borrowers to have a cosigner. Borrowers without a cosigner are more than 3 times as likely to be approved for a Private Loan with D&V than with other Loan providers.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Am I eligible?
To see if you're eligible, start by running some initial eligibility checks to see if we support your school, major, and graduation date. If we do, we'll show you some preliminary loan terms, with no impact on your credit score, so you have an idea of what you might be approved for. Before applying, we always encourage you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and take advantage of all the federal student loan and financial aid options available to you.
How do I sign up?
It is easy. Start by running some initial eligibility checks to see if we support your school and major. If you meet the initial requirements, simply follow the prompts to submit your application.
How much financing can I get?
D&V loan limits are $5,000 to $15,000 per academic year (plus $10,000 for summer semester), with a $25,000 lifetime loan limit. We approve students based on academic year, so you may qualify for less. Check their terms to understand your loan amount.
How long will I make the payments?
Your contract is fulfilled when you complete a certain number of qualifying monthly payments (usually 60 or 84, depending on the type of loan), reach the maximum payment amount, or reach the end of the payment window while meeting the terms of your contract.
Do I need to be working now to qualify?
No. You don't even need to have an internship or be participating in a work-study program. D&V is a great option for students who need some money to cover their tuition, attendance and other expenses during the school year while they focus on their studies.
Do I have to make payments while I'm still enrolled in school?
No. In fact, there is a 15-day grace period after graduation for you to start your payments.
Will this affect my credit score?
Verifying your eligibility for a D&V Income-Based Repayment (IBR) Private Loan will not affect your credit score. If you're eligible, we'll perform a soft credit draw (which doesn't affect your credit score) and provide you with an estimated quote and rate terms before you apply. If you wish to complete your application, we will perform a "hard" credit draw at that time to look for adverse events in your credit history, such as defaults or collections.
Can I talk to someone to help me?
